ERIN LOCKE, PHYSIOTHERAPIST, RUN COACH
An ex-varsity hockey player, Erin graduated from Queen’s University with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. One of Erin’s greatest strengths is getting to know her clients personally and developing individualized treatment plans that focus on enabling her clients to get back to what they love. She is continually taking courses to advance her skills specifically in manual therapy and specializes in treating ankles, knees and hips.
As Varsity Hockey Team captain in her last year at York University, Erin helped lead her team to the USPORTS National Championships for the first time in the program’s history. It was during these years that she developed her passion and interest in orthopaedics and sport injuries, as she learned how beneficial physiotherapy was after experiencing numerous painful injuries.
Erin has always been passionate about sports, physical activities and new challenges. Since retiring from hockey, Erin likes to stay active by hiking, running, biking and walking her dog. Her next fitness challenge is to complete her second triathlon in the summer of 2024.
