When I first came to TRP in 2018, it was through a simple Google search for “Physiotherapy for Runners”. I had incurred an injury that caused the most excruciating pain in my knee, and left me with the fear that I would never walk normally and pain-free again. Since discovering TRP, I haven’t looked back – they helped work through my series of injuries, and I’m now stronger than ever! Lauren and the TRP team are dedicated and committed to working with you to achieve your goals to be the most functional human being you can be, and they always do it with a smile! I enjoy every visit, from the regular tune ups, to the more difficult sessions tackling more stubborn injuries. Although they are “The Running Physio”, I would highly recommend their services – their approach works for runners and non-runners alike!

Had issues with shin splints when running and did a gait analysis with Alex. She walked me through what I needed to adjust in my strides in ways that were clear and easy to follow and it’s definitely improved my running. Amanda is absolutely amazing! She is very strategic, methodical, empathetic, and knowledgeable with her approach. I was unsure of what my injury was when I first came to see her and with her assessment we figured out what it was. Amanda gave me the right exercises to strengthen the area and put my worries at ease when I started to spiral about not getting better. She really checks all the boxes when it comes to a practitioner and someone you would want working on your body.
With Amanda’s treatments for 5 weeks I was healed enough to run and complete the Boston Marathon. A race I DIDNT think I was going to run at all.
I am very grateful for Amanda’s help and could not recommend her more!
